These are services and support on offer to you, my clients so that I can best meet your IT needs.
The business operates with myself, Iain Murray, as a sole trader and I undertake appointments on an ad-hoc basis. Whilst I am at an appointment – which can generally range from a few hours to a whole day – I’m afraid I am unable to respond to calls and emails immediately. A few key points to note:
My telephone number 07787 157937 will be contactable during the hours of 9am to 6pm from Monday to Friday and I will endeavour to assist you as soon as I possibly can, but I cannot guarantee my response time.
A telephone answer service is always available or you can email me at firstname.lastname@example.org, any messages or emails received outside of my working hours will be responded to at the soonest available opportunity during the next working day.
I am more than happy to provide remote phone/email support, but again this will have to be done on an appointment basis or you should not expect an immediate response.
I can utilise Zoho assist for remote assistance to securely take over your PC, this may be a more time efficient way of solving an issue.
Due to my working capacity, I am NOT able to offer the following:
Guaranteed emergency support, holiday support or assistance widely out of office hours.
Monthly contracts that monitor the health of your systems i.e backups, hardware, anti-virus solutions.
