JC Flooring (Contracts) Ltd is a commercial flooring contractors founded on 40 years’ experience within the industry, specialising in new-build and renovation construction projects throughout London and the South East of England. 

Herts Computer Services have supported JC Flooring since 2015.

During the time that all of the desktop computers in the company have been updated and are all running Windows 10 with office 365 applications. File History, which is available with Windows 10 has been setup with external hard drives to provide local backup.

We have upgraded the email services from a hosted IMAP/POP email to Microsoft Office 365 email. This provides a robust professional email solution. The main benefit for JC Flooring for this has been synchronising email between devices, email is backed up to the cloud and out off office replies. The have utlised shared calendars to allow them to organise their business..

To ensure files such as excel spreadsheets, Word documents and PDFs are avaialble on all devices and are backed up we have setup a cloud file storage system. 

Both this cloud file storage and Office 365 email has allowed for easy remote working.
